I am Rebecca Heyward, the CEO and founder of Inspired by HIS Grace, a faith-based/ inspirational accessories and wellness company that has become the face of healthy living for the Kingdom. Inspired by HIS Grace is a collaboration of the three passions -- an unwavering faith in God, a belief in the power of encouragement, and a desire to see the people God created live the life HE designed. Because we possess the courage, tenacity, and fearlessness to move forward in a time when the country was at a standstill, our company steadily growing every day. The mission of Inspired by HIS Grace is to ensure that the body of Christ is “Fearlessly Fit & Faithfully Equipped” to do the work of the Lord. We, as believers, must let the world know that even though God is Jehovah Rapha, our healer, HE wants us to live a life of health, strength, joy, and self-control. We strongly believe that those of us who serve the Lord of All should show forth our praises not only in song, but with our minds, bodies, and souls. The thing that makes my style of training appealing is that I work with my clients to inspire them to want to improve their overall health. I do not use an intimidating style of instruction. I also make sure that my clients have an understanding of their bodies and what works best for them. We do nutrition talk, but I want my clients to know that food is not the enemy. We do not focus on the scale. I love seeing people accomplish things they previously were unable to do. I love seeing my clients realize they are getting stronger. I just love it when my clients see themselves and their bodies. Thank you so much for being part of this community.When it comes to health and fitness, I believe in sustainability over all else! Sure, there are great "12-week programs, 1-month challenges, 90-day transformations", but by the end of the day, when you finish that, what's next? Another 12-week program? When working with clients, I like to build from the ground up. Instead of handing you a meal plan, I teach you how to build your own.
